As a Security Officer - CRE Lobby Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated commercial real estate locations, helping to deter potential security-related incidents. Your visible presence plays a key role in maintaining a secure environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with the public, and work closely with a supportive team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents, maintaining detailed and accurate records as required by Allied Universal.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance related to security-related matters.
• Support emergency response efforts in accordance with site-specific guidelines and direction from Allied Universal management.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment at the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
