What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location as well as the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and address any security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe for unusual or suspicious activity, and report findings according to site protocols.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and incident escalation.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
