As a Security Officer - Distribution Patrols Full Time in Bristol, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a busy logistics and distribution location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents, while your approachable nature allows you to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication to staff and visitors. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining high visibility, you contribute to a secure environment and support the efficient flow of operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support operations at logistics and distribution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor for unusual activity within the logistics and distribution location and report any concerns in line with company and/or site protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols and directives from site management and Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
