As a Security Professional - Unarmed CRE Patrol Driver in Media, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you’ll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability—giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will provide exceptional customer service, support tenants and visitors, and respond to situations with professionalism. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior through visible presence and routine patrols.
  • Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual circumstances according to site protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with property management and tenants to address security-related concerns and questions.
  • Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols to help maintain a secure environment for occupants, visitors, and assets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
