As a Security Professional - Hospital Campus Driver in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. By remaining visible and approachable, you will help to deter potential security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This position involves driving responsibilities in support of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.
• Support hospital staff and visitors by providing information and assistance as requested.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences.
• Follow all company and site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.
• Proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
