As a Security Officer - Residential Front Desk Full-Time in Camden, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a residential location, welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve monitoring entry points, assisting visitors, and addressing security-related concerns in a caring and professional manner. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner while stationed at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site-specific policies and procedures.
• Communicate promptly with on-site personnel and/or law enforcement in the event of emergencies or security-related incidents.
• Perform security-related customer service tasks as directed, maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence at the front desk.
• Provide information and support to residents and guests as needed, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation for incidents, daily activities, and/or irregularities encountered during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
