As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Morrisville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with staff, visitors, and patients, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Support access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by the location.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and regular patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and available resources.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within the facility and surrounding areas to observe and report any security-related concerns or irregularities.
• Document and report security-related incidents, irregularities, or unusual circumstances to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Assist with emergency response activities as outlined by site procedures, which may include evacuations, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
