The CRC Supervisor plays a critical role in Global Physical Security and Loss Prevention strategy by supervising the CRC Analysts in each shift, conducting remote investigations, process audits, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance from the Centralized Resource Center (CRC). This role supports operations across AMER by identifying risks, investigating losses, analyzing process gaps, and driving actionable recommendations to strengthen security and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and supervise a team of CRC analysts during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Oversee real-time monitoring, investigations support, alarm responses, and process audits to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Manage incident escalations, coordinating with site security, operations, and regional/global security teams as needed.
  • Conduct shift handovers with detailed reporting of ongoing investigations, incidents, and critical observations.
  • Ensure staffing coverage for all shifts and adjust workload distribution based on priorities and incident volumes.
  • Drive compliance with CRC protocols, including emergency response, reporting standards, and escalation matrices.
  • Track shift-level performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure data security, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders requiring support from CRC operations during the shift.
  • Conduct video camera review to support investigations on UTR (Under the Roof), pilferage, and shrinkage cases with reference to system reports, and process validations.
  • Monitor recorded video feeds to identify potential theft/fraud activities.
  • Document findings with clear evidence, timelines, and root cause analysis.
  • Partner with field Loss Prevention (LP) teams to support on-ground investigation and resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High school diploma (required)
  • One (1) year minimum of hands-on supervisory or management experience, including but not limited to: staff scheduling, performance management, team development, and conflict resolution
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to work with reporting tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in video camera, CCTV monitoring, alarm management systems, or centralized command/control room operations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Prior military or law enforcement experience with an emphasis on Loss Prevention and Investigation.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or warehousing operations.
  • Wicklander-Zulawski experience/certification
