As a Security Officer - Access Control Financial Site in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor entrances and exits at a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. You will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to staff and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor access points at financial institution locations to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises, in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, observations, and/or incidents encountered during shifts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and support a secure environment.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address access control concerns and resolve potential issues promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
