Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Support the access control process by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors at the food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Assist with visitor management by logging arrivals and departures according to site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe for unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with site access and general questions.
• Report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, following all Allied Universal and site-specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience working in customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work at locations with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
