As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal serving a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a secure environment for all visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the well-being of individuals on site.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns observed during patrols within the location.
• Document all incidents, observations, and interactions as required by Allied Universal policies and client site requirements.
• Assist visitors, staff, and others at the location with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to potential threats or emergencies, using de-escalation techniques and prompt communication with local law enforcement if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A security license issued by the state, county, or city is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
