As a Security Officer - Armed Retail Patrol Center- Full Time in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence for customers and staff. This armed post involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and engaging with people to deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support security-related needs at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols, both inside the retail location and around its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual circumstances.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to help to maintain a secure environment for staff, customers, and property.
• Interact positively with staff and visitors while maintaining a professional presence and upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Follow all company protocols and post orders specific to armed patrol posts within a retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a combined total of at least three years of law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or hold a college degree.
• Possess a current armed guard card or license as required by applicable state or local regulations.
• Possess a Level III armed certification if required by Texas state regulations.
• Have customer service-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
