As a Security Professional - Telecom Patrol Driver in Boise, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone onsite. This position requires a valid driver's license, as driving is an essential part of your daily responsibilities. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required by site protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences during patrols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help uphold a secure environment within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
