As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the food and beverage production environment.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with access control and general inquiries as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal.
• Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities during emergency response situations and/or drills.
• Follow all company protocols and client-specific requirements to promote a secure environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
