As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Tucson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned education and commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong and approachable presence. This primarily driving post involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with the public, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter, including educational and commercial real estate locations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on patrol.
• Assist in enforcing property rules and regulations as outlined in site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Having a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
