Job Description:
Senior Guest Experience Guide The Universal Sphere - Comcast
Allied is seeking the Senior Experience Guide to report into and assist the Site Supervisor in the daily
operations of The Universal Sphere™ attraction, a free, cinematic experience located in
the Comcast Technology Center. They are responsible for facilitating team trainings and
development, and serve as a role model for the Guest Experience Guide Team.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring guest and employee safety, creating
meaningful guest interactions, meeting operational goals, and assisting in maintaining daily
labor budgets, and facilitating employee training while keeping diversity, equity, and
Inclusion at the forefront of leadership.
Full-time positions available, $23.50/hr
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Serve as an additional liaison between Comcast NBCUniversal and Allied Universal.
Assist Site Supervisor with Daily Operations.
Assist with Daily Rotation
Assist in monitoring Daily Operations and ensure established procedures are being followed
followed. Provide coaching as needed.
Assist with Daily Opening and Closing Procedures (including paperwork).
Serve as Manager-On-Duty in the event of the Site Supervisor's and Comcast Manager's
absence (including meetings), as needed.
Enter daily metrics into the reporting database following the close of business.
Manages the Universal Sphere group calendar; is aware of all groups visiting the
attraction each day and greets each group upon arrival.
Send daily end-of-day email, as needed, to Comcast and Allied leadership, including any
performance issues to be addressed.
Fulfill the role of Experience Guide during daily operations, as needed.
Lead the onboard process for new hires following the Standard Operating Procedures
provided by Comcast.
Is fully trained in the role of Tour Ambassador and provides assistance to the Comcast
Tour Ambassador team as needed, including but not limited to providing campus tours to
groups, including VIP guests.
Other duties as assigned by Comcast and Allied leadership.
