As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and communication will support a positive atmosphere. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site procedures.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Possession of a Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
