As a Security Professional - Dispatch Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing access control, responding to alarms, and utilizing technology to support daily operations. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emergency calls, radio traffic, and alarms, to support security-related operations at the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and situations as needed, maintaining clear and accurate records of all activities.
  • Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site teams and/or emergency services as required.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of all security-related activities, incidents, and communications.
  • Support site operations by assisting with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of security-related systems such as CCTV and alarm panels.
  • Communicate important information to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as necessary, following established reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
  • Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
