As a Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol - Full Time in New Castle, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a healthcare environment. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a secure atmosphere. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification as required, and helping to maintain an orderly environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Document all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
