Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles as required by site-specific policies.
• Assist with visitor management by maintaining accurate logs and issuing identification badges in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting employees and visitors as needed.
• Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents and/or emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual conditions.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site management and local law enforcement as directed during incidents and/or emergency situations.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment within the food and beverage production setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
