As a Security Officer - Resort Patrol Driver in Peoria, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols of the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will remain visible throughout your shift, assist with security-related matters, and communicate clearly with the team. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site requirements.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including coordinating with local authorities and/or site management.
• Support the enforcement of property rules and regulations to help to deter disruptive behavior and maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
