As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic food and beverage production location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for everyone on site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies as outlined by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or other security-related concerns.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established procedures for the location.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel to support a positive environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
