Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to support a secure atmosphere. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening of personnel, vehicles, and/or materials entering or exiting the chemical or petrochemical location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access procedures and answering questions related to site protocols.
• Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and documentation as required by site policies.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of screening activities, incidents, and observations as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to communicate any concerns or irregularities observed during screening operations.
• Participate in regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must have prior supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
