As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic food and beverage production location. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of activity within the facility.
• Document and report any unusual incidents, observations, or security-related concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Remain alert and observant while performing patrols throughout the food and beverage production environment, adapting to varying working conditions as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
