As a Security Officer Government Patrol Specialist Full-Time in San Bernardino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will have the opportunity to help create a secure environment at a government location by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents and complete required reports in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
