As a Security Professional - Patrol Logistics in Mesquite, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your visible presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment for personnel and assets. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while upholding our core values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor loading docks, shipping and receiving areas, and other key operational zones to help to deter unauthorized access and support operational integrity.
• Document and report any observed irregularities, such as equipment malfunctions or unauthorized individuals, according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or visitors to provide assistance and information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Remain alert to changing conditions within the logistics and distribution environment and adjust patrols and responses as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
