As a Unarmed Security Officer - Tech Site - Full Time in Nampa, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with employees and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, assist with emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any security-related incidents or suspicious activities according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel and/or visitors to address questions and provide information regarding security-related procedures and access requirements.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.
• Support Allied Universal and client leadership by adhering to all company and site-specific guidelines while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
