Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the transportation location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas as directed by site-specific guidelines.
• Support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and passengers through courteous interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
