As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Lead in Lewiston Woodville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while your strong customer service and communication skills support daily operations. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards within the food and beverage production location.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel regarding security-related matters and incidents.
• Document incidents and observations according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with X-ray screening is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
