As a Security Officer - Dispatch Patrol Specialist in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities to help maintain a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include routine communication with on-site teams, managing access control, and utilizing technology to support daily operations. You will be visible and accessible, providing exceptional customer service and helping to deter incidents through your presence and proactive approach. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the commercial real estate location.
  • Receive and document incoming calls, incidents, and requests for assistance, maintaining accurate records and logs.
  • Coordinate response to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and protocols.
  • Communicate with on-site security-related staff to relay information, updates, and instructions as required.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points remotely and/or coordinating with on-site personnel.
  • Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors by addressing inquiries and relaying information according to site policies.
  • Support regular and random patrols by tracking and dispatching personnel to designated areas within the location as needed.
  • Assist in emergency response activities by notifying appropriate parties and maintaining communication until resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, access control, and/or badge management is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • State, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
