As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will interact with building occupants and visitors, providing support and clear communication while upholding Allied Universal’s values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate actions as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
