As a Security Professional - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout commercial real estate locations. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will use your keen observation skills to monitor assigned areas, respond promptly to incidents, and communicate clearly with both team members and those you encounter. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols in accordance with Allied Universal policies.
• Collaborate with site staff and/or law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
