As a Security Officer - Financial Site Unarmed Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact professionally with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to address site-specific needs and provide support as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
