As a Unarmed Security Officer - Healthcare Facility in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment for all staff, patients, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout your shift, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and support a secure atmosphere.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor site access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting concerns as needed.
• Assist with directing visitors and staff within the location, providing information and supporting a welcoming environment.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports related to security-related incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to address security-related concerns and support overall operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
