As a Security Professional- Access Control Patrol Logistics in FORT WORTH, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence. Your role is essential in supporting a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and managing entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel with access-related inquiries and directions.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for logistics and distribution environments.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures when necessary.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any hazards or maintenance issues observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
