As a Security Guard- Unarmed Media Patrol Full Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a leading tech, media, and telecom environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and providing outstanding customer service and communication to everyone on site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter potential issues and maintain a secure environment within a tech, media, and telecom location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities and incidents as required by site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address client needs and support a secure atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
