As a Security Professional - Healthcare Unarmed Patrols in Newtown Square, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations to help maintain a secure environment for everyone on site. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you offer outstanding customer service and clear communication to visitors, staff, and patients. You will conduct regular patrols and remain visible throughout the facility, supporting a caring atmosphere where people come first. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual occurrences, hazards, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and/or emergency responders as situations require.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
