As a Security Professional - - Media Facility Patrol - Full Time in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading organization in the technology, media, and telecom sector, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to those on site. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. This role is ideal for those who enjoy engaging with people and making a positive impact in a dynamic location.

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
• Monitor the location for unusual activity and report any findings according to site protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees as needed, providing information and guidance in accordance with site rules.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal and site management to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
