As a Unarmed Security Officer - Financial Facility in Chester, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and contractors at the location, providing assistance as required.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points during patrols.
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident and patrol reports as required by Allied Universal policies and client expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
