As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. This is an armed and driving post, requiring you to maintain a professional presence while monitoring assigned areas. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies relevant to an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting with access control protocols.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report security-related concerns according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.
• Document incidents and maintain detailed records of patrols and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
