As a Security Professional - Logistics Site Patrols in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all personnel and assets. Your presence will be a key part of helping to create a welcoming atmosphere, as you interact with staff, visitors, and contractors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct regular patrols, remaining visible throughout the property and responding promptly to any security-related concerns or situations that arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Complete required reports and logs regarding patrols, incidents, and/or any unusual activities observed during assigned shifts.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or visitors to address questions and provide directions as needed.
• Remain alert to potential security-related issues specific to logistics and distribution environments, such as unauthorized entry, theft, or property damage.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience working at sites with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
