As a Security Professional -- Retail Site Patrol - Full Time in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for customers and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related operations of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence in the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Collaborate with local management and Allied Universal leadership to address security-related issues and support a welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
