As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated utility locations to help create a secure environment for everyone on site. Your role includes conducting regular patrols, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This position is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and follow all established protocols relevant to the utilities environment.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and/or the site.
• Adhere to all company and client policies while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located is required for driving positions.
• A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
