As a Security Professional - Industrial Site Patrol in Martin, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your visible presence will contribute to a secure environment while you interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, in accordance with site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and orderly environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during patrols and shift assignments.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and providing directions to visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
