As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, offer exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a company or client vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within the financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents.
• Work closely with Allied Universal management and on-site staff to communicate observations and/or incidents as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.
• Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as outlined in site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience or a combination of at least 3 years of law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
