As a Security Officer - Government Site - Morning Shift in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and providing outstanding customer service through clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.
• Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
