As a Security Guard - Tech Site - Overnight Shift in Redmond, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for occupants and property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter, observing for unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related matters.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas, checking credentials and monitoring for unauthorized entry.
• Support efforts to help deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances within the location.
• Remain alert and attentive to assigned duties, adapting to the dynamic environment typical of technology, media, and telecom settings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
