As a Security Professional Retail Patrol Driver License in Tustin, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols and engage with guests, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. This position requires a valid driver's license as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required by site-specific procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Document security-related incidents and maintain accurate records in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
