As a Security Professional Commercial Patrol Fulltime in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a prominent commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and promptly reporting any unusual activities. You will also interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and/or providing directions to visitors as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or concerns.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
