As a Security Officer - Armed Government Intuition - Full Time in Nashville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for staff and visitors. This armed and driving post requires you to conduct routine patrols, maintain high visibility, and respond promptly to any security-related situations. You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor access points and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed based on site requirements.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or unusual situations as they arise.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an Armed Guard Card or License; Armed Guard Card or License is preferred but may be required depending on assignment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
